Brian Kology oversaw and worked on a project of adding a downstairs full bath to my home. I'm a senior with health issues and foresee my inability to tackle the stairs much longer. The project required "bumping out" as there was not space enough in the footprint of the house; Also using some space from the attached garage, and unfortunately vital storage space in the kitchen. The resulting bathroom is perfect and fills all the needs for someone including a roomy shower with handicap access when needed. The hardest part for me was losing the overhead cabinet and lower cupboard space in the kitchen This was resolved to my satisfaction with Brian placing he upper cabinet at 90 degrees to its original position and remodling the lower cupboard as a mobile island with casters which fits also in the 90 degree niche. I am happy with this and find it innovative and thoughtful. Better than my expectations! Mr. Kology was always responsive to phone calls and emails through the process.
